Chuck Sweetman, Walworth County Law Enforcement Support Services
Chuck is a full-time chaplain to the Walworth County Sheriff’s Office and other law enforcement agencies. As a former police officer, pastor, and counselor, he is uniquely qualified to assist members of the law enforcement community. He sees his calling as saving marriages, preventing suicides, reducing alcoholism, and providing support.
Safe Families is a movement of the Church to care for the most endangered people group in our society: our vulnerable children and their families. Safe Families for Children allows the Church to host vulnerable children, and encourages the Church to create extended family-like supports for the parents. This expression of Christ-like love is a great way to share the Gospel in our community!

Hogar de Vida
We are excited to be in partnership with Tim and Dena Stromstad and their ministry at Hogar De Vida, as they care for children in difficult home situations, and share the love of Christ with hurting children and families. Lakeland sends mission teams to Hogar De Vida yearly.

Lakeland supports Amanda Bartz with Students International. She is bringing students and the marginalized people of Desamparados, Costa Rica together cross-culturally to encounter God, share the Good News, disciple and serve others through a (developing) community wellness ministry. You can find more information on Students International HERE.
Soddo Christian Hospital
We have a deepening partnership with one of the fastest growing and most effective Christian hospitals around the world. Soddo Christian Hospital has become a training center for nationals and a beacon of hope to a nation where it’s not uncommon to travel 8 hours to get medical care.
Missionaries Eric and Julianne Wildgen are veterans to missions in Africa, but are recently living in the US while Eric completes his ThM degree and seeks the next opportunity in the mission field. They are hopefully soon taking on new responsibilities by teaching at a seminary in Namibia, located on the Atlantic coast of Southern Africa.
