Complete the 5-Day Field Guide on what the Bible says about money and giving. Consider journaling what you discover.
Take an honest assessment of where your money is going. Do you know? Once you learn more, what do you notice about the way you handle money?
If you have never given before (or it’s been a long time since you’ve given) take the courageous step of being an initial giver. It’s not about the amount. It’s about activating generosity in your life! Consider journaling about the experience; reflect on how meaningful, difficult, or easy it was.

Complete the 5-Day Field Guide on what the Bible says about your identity in Jesus. Consider journaling what you discover.
Based on the scriptures from the Field Guide, write down a few statements that God says about you.
Take the “brain detox” challenge! Spend 15 minutes to thank God and worship Him. Then simply allow God to identify lies and labels that you have been carrying for too long. One by one reject them in Jesus’ name and replace them with “I am a child of God.” Do this as many times as you need to this week.
Write some of these identity statements from the Bible on post-its or index cards and place them all around you: in your car, above your kitchen sink, on your refrigerator, on your computer monitor, on the back of your phone… anywhere that you will see them throughout the week.
Send a text or a message of appreciation to someone who has been vital to your spiritual growth so far. Whether it’s a pastor, a close friend, or a far off role model, many people don’t realize the impact that they are making. What a great opportunity to encourage them!
After reading this week’s verses, dedicate a time to pray and ask God for wisdom and direction in your relationships. Write down what changes He might be asking you to make. Consult a spiritual parent in your life if you need further guidance.
