Jesus For President – Week #2

Recap: We continued in our series Jesus for President and looked to scripture for our own attitude adjustments as we head toward this election.  We looked to statements Jesus made and biblical principles that would direct our hearts during this season.  The 3 attitude adjustments we honed in on were: (1) No matter what, I honor who is in office.  (2) No matter what, I seek the peace and prosperity of the place where I live.  (3) No matter what, my God is in control.

Scripture: Romans 12:17-18; Romans 13:1-7; Jeremiah 29:4-7; Psalm 103:19; Daniel 4:34-35

Icebreaker: If you had to change your first name (and actually be called by it), what name would you choose?
