The Lakeland Kids Assistant oversees the systems and procedures that make the ministry effective in developing teams, connecting with parents, and growing the faith of the next generation and reports to the NextGen Pastor.
Oversee volunteer administrative teams for Preschool Ministry, Elementary Ministry, and New Family Assimilation
Resource leaders with Orange Curriculum
Manage volunteer onboarding, background checks, and trainings
Facilitate database management throughout Lakeland Kids
Organize and execute special events
Assist the NextGen Pastor with any new initiatives
Passionate about the faith of the next generation
Driven by excellence and improvement in all areas of ministry
Determined to optimize the systems and procedures that facilitate Lakeland Kids Ministry
Excited to see others win and rise in their ministry leadership
Leadership experience in Kids Ministry or in the administrative workings of a business
Excellent organizational skills across multiple environments
Previous experience managing multiple administrative systems at the same time
A belief that great systems will lead to great outcomes
